activesmartwatchs provides hardware and digital monitoring solutions. While our AI systems continuously analyze sensor telemetry, emergency response times depend on municipal emergency service availability.
Our platform is designed to detect and alert you to potential security events, but we cannot guarantee that emergency services will respond within a specific timeframe. Users are responsible for verifying local emergency response capabilities.
2. Hardware Warranty
All smart locks, security cameras, and wearable devices come standard with a limited 2-year manufacturer hardware warranty against electrical defects and casing failures.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Electrical component failures
- Wireless connectivity module defects
- Sensor calibration issues
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or environmental factors such as water damage.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with local privacy and surveillance laws regarding outdoor video recording and audio monitoring on residential property borders.
- Privacy Compliance: Users must not monitor private areas where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy
- Audio Recording: Two-party consent states require all parties to consent to audio recording
- Notification: Visible signage may be required for outdoor surveillance in some jurisdictions
- Data Retention: Users are responsible for secure storage and retention of recorded footage
4. Monitoring Service Limitations
Our monitoring services rely on continuous internet connectivity, power availability, and proper device configuration. The following conditions may affect service quality:
- Internet or cellular network outages
- Power failures affecting devices or network equipment
- Physical damage to devices or sensors
- Tampering or intentional device disruption
- Environmental factors affecting sensor accuracy
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and design elements on activesmartwatchs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Payment & Subscription Terms
Some services require recurring subscription payments. By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal at the current rate unless canceled before the renewal date.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

- Arbitration: AAA rules apply for disputes under $50,000
- Small Claims: Both parties retain rights to small claims court
- Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought individually
